SHIPPING INFORMATION

• All UK orders are sent as standard delivery via Royal Mail.
• The final postage costs for domestic orders will depend on the estimated package weight.
• Orders outside of the UK orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail, EVRI, UPS, DHL, or DPD.
• Hanwell Town Football Club are not responsible for any additional charges including but not limited to: national/local import duties and/or taxes on the customer end.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

FOR MATCHDAY COLLECTIONPlease collect from the club shop inside the clubhouse on a Hanwell Town match-day. Bring a printed or digital receipt and your order confirmation number.

RETURNS POLICY

Customers may return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch, provided they are in original condition with tags and packaging (if included).

• Alternatively, return items in person on a Hanwell Town matchday at the club shop. Please bring your email receipt and order confirmation number, either printed or on a device.
