Return & Refund Policy

Returns Overview

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our Terms & Conditions. To start a return, please email club@hanwelltown.com.

• Alternatively, return items in person on a Hanwell Town matchday at the club shop
• Please bring your email receipt and order confirmation number, either printed or on a device

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Prior approval is required — unauthorised returns will not be accepted
• Photo evidence must be provided where applicable (e.g. damaged or faulty items)
• Items must be:
  • unused
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is confirmed faulty

Refunds & Credits

• Refunds or store credits are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods
• Refunds will only be issued once items meet the return conditions above

Important Notes

• Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty
• Items returned without approval will not be processed
